APPOINTING ViCOC

If there is no existing Owners Corporation Manager in place, the easiest way to appoint ViCOC is by ordinary resolution during a general meeting between lot owners. We would be happy to attend this meeting so owners can meet us and we can personally address any questions they may raise. You can also appoint ViCOC by ballot.

If a manager is already appointed, it is possible to appoint ViCOC before their contract expires, however the process is a little more complicated. We would be happy to discuss this in further detail with you if required.
